The box looked nice but the corners got a little crushed during delivery. It was still fine overall just not as perfect as I hoped

I tried to order from the site, but it was more hassle than it should’ve been. Pages were loading slowly, the buttons weren’t very clear, and I kept having to go back because I wasn’t sure if I’d clicked the right thing. I don’t expect a website to be perfect, but ordering should be straightforward. I ended up giving up before I even got to checkout.

I ordered this about two weeks ago, maybe a little more, and I’m still waiting for it to show up. I get that delays happen, but this is taking way longer than I expected

My order showed up and most of it was correct, so I’ll give them that. But one item had the wrong detail, which was frustrating. It’s not the end of the world, but when you try to get it fixed, it feels like there are all these little policy loopholes that make it more of a hassle than it needs to be. Overall, not terrible, just annoying.

The whole return and refund process was way more frustrating than I expected. Like, I figured I’d send it back and get my money back in a normal amount of time, but nope. I kept having to reach out for updates, and even then it kind of felt like I was just being ignored or brushed off. The refund took forever, the communication wasn’t great, and by the end I was just annoyed. Definitely not a good experience for me.

I tried placing my order and the whole checkout just felt slower than it should’ve been. The payment page loaded weird, and for a minute I couldn’t tell if my order had even gone through. It worked eventually, but it wasn’t exactly a smooth experience. Just annoying.

I reached out and then just waited... and waited. Days went by with no reply, which was impressive in the worst way. I get that businesses get busy, but a quick response or even a basic acknowledgment would’ve been nice. It definitely felt like helping customers wasn’t exactly high on their priority list.

Sent this as a gift and felt kind of embarrassed after. Looked way nicer on the site than it did in person, and my friend said it felt a little cheap. Nothing about it really stood out or felt special. For the price, expected a lot more. Definitely won’t be using this again for gifts

I totally understand shops get busy, but this made me feel kind of ignored... Not a great experience overall, and I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

My package showed up late, which was a bit frustrating because I was expecting it sooner?! Thankfully, everything was in good shape once it arrived, so at least that part was fine.

They do have some decent products and the prices caught my eye at first, so I really wanted the experience to be better. But shopping on the site was frustrating. It felt cluttered, I didn’t get clear updates, and I never felt totally sure about what was going on with my order. Everything did eventually make sense enough, but I probably wouldn’t shop here again.

For some reason, the name ended up looking crooked and blurry. I was disappointed because I expected the customization to be much cleaner.

I’ve been using it every day and it’s held up really well so far, if that makes sense. No complaints yet.

It’s not totally unusable, so I’ll probably still make it work, but I was expecting better quality for what I paid. Delivery itself was fine and there weren’t any issues there, but the actual product was a letdown.
